To cultivate in our children a sense of responsibility, service and good leadership skills, WIS provides opportunities for children to serve in various leadership roles.

The whole school body from Grade 1 (primary 1) to Grade 8 (JHS 2) make a choice of their preferred leaders through the ballot box system.
